ONE SHEET WONDER - Candy Cane Lane

Nice selection of papers.

Are you familiar with One Sheet Wonder? If not, you are missing out on a fabulous way to make a lot of cards from one basic piece of DSP plus your cardstock bits and pieces.

The concept is to see how many 'useable' pieces you can cut from one sheet of DSP. There are boards on pinterest for 12x12, 6x6, 8.5x11 and even a few 8x8. Use any of the patterns you'll find or design your own. (Links are given to my boards where you will find trails galore to great ideas!) Or you can just type in One Sheet Wonder on Pinterst and have more links to follow then you'll have time. :-D

You can also take a solid piece of Cardstock and create your own all-over background DSP. The sky is really the limit with this process.

I chose THIS pattern. The peach tones just spoke to me... then I went and did Christmas! The Visit button took me to Bobbi's Treasures blogpost. There you will find her link to the template by someone who inspired her.

Is this beginning to sound like a 70's shampoo commercial?

Okay... now that we have the nostalgia out of the way... let's make a batch of Christmas cards!

Here are the cards I came up with:

This last one needs a sentiment on the bottom strip. Still thinking about that one.

Do you have all of your Christmas cards made? If not, One Sheet Wonders will have you stocking up in plenty of time to mail.

Creative Christmas Blessings!
